The Dairy is a two bedroom typically Cornish holiday cottage and is our most versatile two bedroom property. Featuring zipnlink beds, in both bedrooms, this property can be adapted from a superking room and a twin room to accommodate two couples in super king beds, or separated to make four single beds. The ground floor features a bathroom with an electric shower fitted over the bath, a separate WC. The lounge/dining room benefits from a Freeview TV/DVD and kitchen.

Additional Information

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a fridge-freezer, microwave, a cooker with an electric oven and hob, and CD play with radio.

Note on Accessibility: Shallow step up into property. All bedrooms are situated upstairs.

Room Rates

Prices for week long stays range from £360 in Winter to £790 in the Summer. All prices are inclusive of utilities, bedding and towels. Short breaks available; we charge a percentage of our weekly tariff depending on the number of nights booked.

Are dogs welcome in this property?

Yes, you are welcome to bring up to 2 dogs with you when staying in this property. Please remeber to add them to your booking.

What time can we check in?

Check in is usually from 4pm. However, due to the Covid-19 cleaning requirements, arrivals will now not be possible before 5pm. To ensure social distancing is maintained, we will contact guests on the day of their arrival with a specific check in time.

What time is check out?

Check out time is 10am.

Do you allow early check in?

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer early check in. However, if your property is ready before our standard check in time we will contact to let you know you can arrive earlier.

Where do I pick up my keys?

You can collect the keys to your accommodation at the property. We live on site so can be there to welcome you to Higher Trewithen.

Is there a cot/high chair/stair gate in this property?

Yes. We have a range of additional items that you can book for your stay. Please be sure to request these items at the time you make your booking.

Do you provide towels?

Yes, we provide one hand towel and one bath towel/sheet per person and an additional hand towel.
